Jimmy gave us an hour long explanation of what makes pearls special and how to distinguish between different qualities. One of the best customer interaction we have ever had even though we we’re just browsing the store. Jimmy showed true passion for his love of pearls and provided us with confidence in our quest for pearls investment.
